Latham Further Expands New York M&A Practice Adding Third Partner in 2019

Justin Hamill brings a depth of entertainment, sports, and media industry experience.

Latham & Watkins LLP1 is pleased to announce that Justin Hamill has joined the firm’s New York office as a partner in the Corporate Department and member of the Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, and Entertainment, Sports & Media Practices. Hamill advises public and private companies, investment funds, and financial institutions in negotiated and contested M&A transactions, leveraged buyouts, joint ventures, public and private investments, and restructurings.

Hamill has substantial experience across a broad array of industries, with a particular focus on entertainment, sports, and media. Hamill also regularly handles sophisticated transactions in the technology, financial services, consumer products, healthcare, and real estate sectors.

Hamill joins Latham & Watkins from Paul, Weiss in New York. He received his JD, cum laude, from Boston College Law School and his BA from Dartmouth College.
