Latham Awarded High Yield Team of the Year for Fourth Consecutive Year

For the fourth year in succession, Latham & Watkins has been named High Yield Team of the Year at the IFLR European Awards. The firm was also recognized in two Deal of the Year categories for demonstrating "legal innovation across the most significant deals in Europe."

The honored transactions include:

• High Yield Deal of the Year: Latham represented Morgan Stanley on the Senior Secured Floating Rate Notes offering by AnaCap Financial Europe S.A.
• Private Equity Deal of the Year: Latham advised on the financing for the acquisition of Stada Arzneimittel by Bain and Cinven.
