Corporate counsel surveyed cite the firm among “elite group of client service stalwarts.”

Latham & Watkins has again been recognized among a select group of law firms that have ”proven their client service prowess to legal decision makers on an ongoing basis,” in an independent survey of more than 330 general counsel and legal leaders across industry sectors conducted by BTI Consulting Group. The honor marks the 14th time Latham has been commended in BTI’s annual “Client Service A-Team” report, which assesses law firms for excellence across a series of key attributes. In the 2018 report, Latham is one of just four firms to achieve “best of the best” status in all 17 activities driving effective client relationships – such as understanding the client’s business, delivering breadth of services and quality products, and bringing together resources by anticipating needs and taking innovative approaches to solving problems.

Corporate legal leaders quoted in the BTI report cited Latham as having “one of the best law firm cultures,” with one stating: “They are constantly providing us with valuable, extremely impressive work.”
