Greater China Practice Honored for Disputes and Finance Work

China Law & Practice has honored Latham & Watkins’ Greater China Practice for advising on a range of litigation and finance matters at the 2017 China Law & Practice Awards. Latham earned recognition as the “Dispute Resolution International Firm of the Year” for helping clients resolve high-stakes arbitration proceedings, enforcement actions, and shareholders’ disputes. China Law & Practice also cited Latham’s role in advising the underwriting banks in the financing of Tencent Holdings’ acquisition of Supercell Oy — a complex, cross-border matter that received the “Finance Deal of the Year” award.
