Latin America Practice Members Recognized Among Region's Top Lawyers

Four members of Latham’s Latin America Practice—partners Christopher Cross, Antonio Del Pino and Fernando Mantilla-Serrano and of counsel John Sachs—have been named to Latinvex’s 2017 list of “Latin America’s Top 100 Lawyers,” which singles out the top international lawyers doing business in Latin America.

The Latinvex rankings span six major categories, including arbitration & litigation, banking & finance, capital markets, corporate/M&A, energy and project finance, as well as other specialties, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). The criteria used was a combination of factors, including recent track record on major deals and business, prominence of the firm in Latin America and rankings by third parties such as Chambers and Partners, Legal 500 and Thomson Reuters.

In November 2016, Latinvex also ranked Latham among the top 10 international law firms doing business in Latin America.
