Human Rights Campaign applauds Latham’s policies and practices.

Latham & Watkins is proud to once again receive a top score of 100 percent in the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2017 Corporate Equality Index (CEI), “the national benchmarking tool on corporate policies and practices pertinent to lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender employees.”

The criteria of the CEI “serve as a road map for major U.S. businesses’ adoption of inclusive policies, practices and benefits for LGBT employees,” according to the report. The firm is honored to have earned the distinction of being named to the prestigious “Best Places to Work for LGBT Equality” list for the past several years.
