Band 1 "Elite" Ranking for Corporate M&A

Latham & Watkins’ has once again received the top ranking – Band 1 – for US Nationwide “Corporate M&A – The Elite” in Chambers USA 2016. 

The guide notes that Latham is “an outstanding choice for transactional matters with an extensive footprint around the country and the globe. [It] regularly represents preeminent names from a range of industries on high-value and complex deal work.”
