Mexican American Bar Honors Los Angeles Partner Manny Abascal

“Professional Achievement Award” recognizes commitment to diversity and contributions to the community.

The Mexican American Bar Foundation has bestowed Los Angeles partner Manny Abascal with its “Professional Achievement Award,” particularly for his contributions to enhance diversity in the legal profession through education, as well as in recognition of his role as Chair of the Board of Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Hospital, which opened last year in an underserved area of south Los Angeles and now offers quality health care to a population of 1.35 million people.
