Latham Again Ranks Among “America’s Best Corporate Law Firms”

For the 16th consecutive year, Latham & Watkins ranked among “America’s Best Corporate Law Firms” in an annual survey of general counsel and corporate directors in the United States conducted by FTI Consulting and NYSE Governance Services, publisher of Corporate Board Member magazine. Latham ranked #3 among the surveyed general counsel and #7 among corporate directors. With more than 700 company leaders participating, the 2016 study recognized top firms at a  time when “the need for expert legal advice and consulting has never been greater.”
