Latham & Watkins received 11 top-10 rankings, the most of any law firm, in The American Lawyer’s 2016 Corporate Scorecard, the annual compilation of transactional legal advisor activity during the previous year. Based on league table data, the firm’s stellar results reflect its transactional prowess and market reputation within the business and financial communities. Eight of the firm’s placements were in the top three positions, including:
