Latham named #1 overall law firm by deal count with strong rankings for both borrower and lender representation.

Latham & Watkins’ Banking Practice achieved the #1 overall ranking by number of deals — inclusive of leveraged and acquisition financings for lenders and borrowers — in the year-end 2015 Thomson Reuters LPC US Syndicated Loan Survey. The survey credited Latham with advising on 229 deals during the year valued at US$147.9 billion. Additionally, Latham ranked in the top 3 by deal count in every Overall Representation category.
