London Partner Named in The Lawyer Magazine's "Hot 100" List

Latham & Watkins’ London restructuring partner Helena Potts has been included in the finance section of The Lawyer Magazine’s “Hot 100 2016”, an annual report recognising the UK’s leading lawyers.

Potts was praised for “an impressive” year during which she acted on “landmark restructuring deals ranging from cross-border transactions in Europe and around the globe to the UK-based £2.4bn complex bond debt of Punch Taverns Group”.

The ranking also acknowledged Potts’ role in managing the London office’s largest ever pro bono project for Equality Now, a charity which advocates the rights of women internationally.

Published every year, the “Hot 100” is compiled by The Lawyer Magazine’s editorial team following extensive research into candidates’ client work and contribution to their firms, companies and the profession.
