Latham Again Named “Law Firm of the Year”

For the third consecutive year, Latham & Watkins was named a “Law Firm of the Year” by Law360 based on its performance in the publication’s 2015 “Practice Group of the Year” awards. Latham was among three firms that took the title, having demonstrated “the depth and expertise to tackle their clients’ matters from every vantage point necessary and the commitment to make it happen by coordinating firm resources across geographical regions and practice groups,” according to Law360.

Latham earned nine “Practice Group of the Year” awards across departments and industries for Capital Markets, Competition, Government Contracts, Health, Insurance, IP, M&A, Technology and Telecommunications. 

The awards highlight Latham’s integrated platform across practices and industries. Vice Chair Ora Fisher told Law360, “We’re all about interconnectedness and working together as a team, and first and foremost we apply that to our approach to client service.” She added that this approach “is imbued with a very commercial mindset, where we are all focused on getting our client across the finish line and in a place where it can achieve its goals.”
