Washington, D.C. litigator featured among “top young antitrust lawyers, enforcers and in-house counsel in the world.”

Global Competition Review (GCR) selected Washington, D.C. litigation partner Amanda Reeves for its 2015 “40 Under 40” feature, which showcases “the top young antitrust lawyers, enforcers and in-house counsel in the world.” Reeves, a member of Latham’s global Antitrust & Competition Practice, was recognized for her diverse practice in which she advises clients in government conduct investigations, merger review and other complex antitrust litigations that raise novel issues in the market.

Reeves regularly represents clients in United States Department of Justice (DOJ) and Federal Trade Commission (FTC) investigations into mergers and alleged anticompetitive conduct, and she has particular experience in the application of antitrust laws to the pharmaceutical and high technology industries. In GCR’s profile article, she discussed her career path, including having previously served as Attorney Advisor to former FTC Commissioner and retired Latham & Watkins partner J. Thomas Rosch.

Earlier this year, Reeves and her Washington, D.C. colleagues were also recognized as an “Elite” antitrust practice by GCR in its 2015 Washington, D.C. market survey.
