Firm Among “Best Places to Work for LGBT Equality”

Latham has once again earned a score of 100 percent on the Corporate Equality Index.

Latham & Watkins is proud to once again receive a top score of 100 percent in the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2016 Corporate Equality Index (CEI), “the national benchmarking tool on corporate policies and practices pertinent to lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender employees.”

The criteria of the CEI “serve as a road map for major U.S. businesses’ adoption of inclusive policies, practices and benefits for LGBT employees,” according to the report. The firm is honored to have earned the distinction of being named to the prestigious “Best Places to Work for LGBT Equality” list for the past several years.
