Latham & Watkins Named High Yield Team of the Year

Latham & Watkins has won two awards at the IFLR 2015 Europe Awards. Latham won High Yield Team of the Year and the firm played a lead role on the High Yield Deal of the Year, which was awarded to B Communications Ltd’s high yield offering, the first internationally marketed high yield bond from an Israeli issuer to be listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. A team led by London partners Scott Colwell and Richard Trobman represented J.P. Morgan, HSBC, Citigroup and Discount Underwriting and Issuing Bank, as initial purchasers, in connection with B Communications’ offering.
