Daily Journal recognizes Patrick Pohlen for creative work with emerging companies.

The Daily Journal featured Silicon Valley corporate partner Patrick Pohlen on its list of the 10 most innovative corporate lawyers in California recognizing “California transactional attorneys finding novel solutions to unusual problems when everything’s on the line.” In its coverage, the Daily Journal highlighted Pohlen’s creative use of a rare tracking stock structure to gain approvals from federal and state securities regulators for client Fantex, to create a system where the public can buy and sell shares linked to the value and performance of an athlete.
