Firm Among "Best Places to Work for LGBT Equality"

Latham & Watkins earned a top score of 100 percent in the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2015 Corporate Equality Index (CEI). The CEI is “the national benchmarking tool on corporate policies and practices pertinent to lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender employees.”

The Human Rights Campaign Foundation's Corporate Equality Index criteria “serve as a road map for major U.S. businesses’ adoption of inclusive policies, practices and benefits for LGBT employees,” according to the report. Latham is proud to have earned a top score and the distinction of being named to the prestigious “Best Places to Work for LGBT Equality” list.
