Associate Honored With Pro Bono Attorney of the Year Award

San Francisco associate receives award for service to not-for-profit veteran organization Swords to Plowshares.

San Francisco litigation associate Christopher Carlberg has been honored with the “Bill Brockett Pro Bono Attorney of the Year Award” from Swords to Plowshares, a community-based, not-for-profit veteran service organization that provides wrap-around care to more than 2,000 veterans in the San Francisco Bay Area each year. The Pro Bono Advisory Board of Swords to Plowshares recently held a reception celebrating legal professionals who champion veteran services and advocacy. An active member of the Swords to Plowshares Pro Bono Advisory Board, Christopher was selected to receive the “Bill Brockett Pro Bono Attorney of the Year Award” for his hard work and dedication in supporting Bay Area service men and women in their transition to civilian life. In addition to his work with Swords to Plowshares, Christopher is also heavily engaged in Latham’s pro bono activities, serving on the firm’s Pro Bono Committee.
