Firm Chair and Managing Partner Named to “Directorship 100”

The Global Chair and Managing Partner of Latham & Watkins, Robert M. Dell, has been named to the “Directorship 100” by NACD Directorship magazine, a publication of the National Association of Corporate Directors. Each year, the NACD identifies the most influential people in the US boardroom community, including directors, corporate governance experts, journalists, regulators, and legal and financial advisors. Dell was named in the Governance Professional and Institutions category, which also reflects the corporate governance leadership of Latham & Watkins. The NACD noted that the work of the honorees is vital as “promoting continued economic growth remains a priority for policy makers and directors alike.”
