London Partner Identified as “Rising Star”

Mohamed Nurmohamed, a finance partner in Latham & Watkins’ London office, has been recognised by Financial News as a “rising star in the European legal profession.” The publication named Nurmohamed in its “40 under 40” list, which identifies “the brightest up-and-coming lawyers” and includes lawyers working in both private practice and in-house in investment banking, asset management, private equity and trading and technology.

Financial News recognised Nurmohamed’s work for “global financial institutions, private equity sponsors and major corporations with a focus on cross-border leveraged finance deals” and highlights his secondment to client JP Morgan’s credit group and his role in representing Barclays, Deutsche Bank and Royal Bank of Scotland on the €1.45 billion refinancing package for Tank & Rast.
