Four LA Attorneys Named Among “Angelenos to Know in Intellectual Property Law”

The Los Angeles Business Journal has named four Latham & Watkins attorneys among 40 leading lawyers who “keep some of the most important and valuable work of our local businesses safe,” according to the newspaper. The Intellectual Property Law edition of the LABJ’s “Who’s Who in in LA Law” coverage includes partners Roxanne Christ, Mark Flagel, Daniel Schecter, and Bob Steinberg.

Christ was cited for her expertise “on the technologies behind the changing world of entertainment technology,” while Flagel was named for his “extensive expertise litigating patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, and false advertising cases.” Schecter was recognized for “litigating and trying to verdict intellectual property, technology, and entertainment cases and complex business disputes,” and Steinberg was noted for his role as Co-chair of the firm’s global IP Litigation Practice and his lead in litigating several high-profile patent infringement cases in the technology sector.
