Award Recognizes Two Litigators and Names Firm "Best International Firm for Women in Business Law"

Latham recognized for supporting “the development of women in the legal profession and providing work/life programs enabling women to pursue legal careers.”

Euromoney Legal Media Group’s inaugural “America’s Women in Business Law” awards celebrated “the achievements of women leading in the legal sector across America.” Latham was named the “Best International Firm for Women in Business Law”. The firm was recognized for supporting “the development of women in the legal profession and providing work/life programs enabling women to pursue legal careers.”

Washington, D.C. partner Margaret “Peggy” Zwisler was recognized as the “Best in Antitrust & Competition” and Washington, D.C. partner Marguerite Sullivan earned recognition as a “Rising Star.” Both Zwisler and Sullivan are members of Latham & Watkins’ Antitrust and Competition Practice Group, which itself has been called one of the “Global Elite” practices by Global Competition Review. Zwisler and Sullivan were recognized for the award based on their “professional accomplishments over the past year in terms of their impact, advocacy and success in their professional field, firm and region.”
