Lawyers for a Sustainable Economy

In September 2018, Latham & Watkins helped found Lawyers for a Sustainable Economy, a first-of-its-kind initiative dedicated to advancing sustainability goals through pro bono efforts. To date, more than 20 firms have signed on to participate, pledging to assist entrepreneurs and nonprofits as they work toward solutions and innovations.

Latham’s pro bono efforts range from advising on carbon credit and reforestation programs to counselling on ocean conservation and clean energy initiatives.
