Our affinity groups, networks, and coalitions for lawyers and staff strengthen our culture.

These groups are open to all of our people and boast more than 3,700 members — nearly 60% of the firm — collectively. Each group provides a firmwide platform to share experiences and advice, participate in professional development and mentoring programs, and build networks with clients, recruits, and others in the legal community.
