Latham & Watkins 1L Fellowship Program

Latham is committed to having a diverse and inclusive workforce. Our 1L Fellowship Program offers a unique summer employment opportunity for students who have just finished their first year of law school. Over the eight to 10 week program, 1L Fellows will work in one of our US offices and in the legal department of one of our clients. We seek students who are committed to promoting diversity and inclusion in the legal profession and who also possess a long-term interest in practicing law in a global law firm.
