Wole Oluborode is an associate in the Houston office of Latham & Watkins.

Mr. Oluborode represents a variety of clients, including public and private companies, financial institutions, and private equity funds, in a range of strategic corporate transactions.

Prior to joining Latham, Mr. Oluborode was a summer associate at an international law firm in its Washington, D.C. office.

While attending Georgetown University Law Center, Mr. Oluborode served as the online editor for the Georgetown Journal of Law & Modern Critical Race Perspectives and was a member of the Black Law Students Association. He also participated in Georgetown Street Law, where he taught local high school students various legal topics to prepare them for a city-wide mock trial.

Mr. Oluborode is on the board of directors of Pembe, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, where he serves as the co-director of Mentee Recruiting.
