Misha E. Ross

Misha Ross is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Restructuring & Special Situations Practice. She advises clients on business reorganizations and financial restructurings.

Ms. Ross represents distressed companies, agents, lenders, creditors, and shareholders in all facets of the restructuring and reorganization process including chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganizations and out-of-court debt restructurings.

Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Ross worked in the New York office of another international leading law firm on a broad array of restructuring matters.
