Katherine Medler is an associate in the Austin office of Latham & Watkins.
Ms. Medler represents public and private companies in corporate matters with particular experience related to mergers and acquisitions. She also represents venture capital and private equity investors in the full range of corporate transactions and throughout the entire life cycle of a company.
She advises clients on a variety of transactions within energy, software, media and entertainment, and life sciences.
Ms. Medler was a 2013 San Antonio Corps Member with Teach for America and maintains an active pro bono practice relating to matters of educational equality.
Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Medler was a corporate associate of another leading international law firm.
