Emanuel Francone is an associate in the Chicago office of Latham & Watkins.

Prior to joining Latham full-time, Mr. Francone was a summer associate in the Chicago office. He previously worked as a judicial extern for Judge Amy J. St. Eve of the Northern District of Illinois.

While attending law school, he was a notes editor for the Cornell Journal of Law and Public Policy and was the director of the International Refugee Assistance Project.
