Dylan White is an associate in the Houston office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Tax Department.

Mr. White advises clients on the US federal income taxation of mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and capital markets transactions. He regularly advises clients in the energy sector including corporations, private equity firms, and investment banks.

Mr. White's experience includes representing:

  • Nogin, a commerce-as-a-service platform, in its pending US$646 million business combination with Software Acquisition Group III
  • Laredo Petroleum in the sale of certain non-operated properties in Howard County, Texas
  • East Resources Acquisition Company in its business combination with Abacus Settlements, a life insurance settlement provider
  • ONEOK with project financing in connection with an approximately 252-mile NGL pipeline
