Danit Carrier Tal is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham and Watkins.
Ms. Carrier Tal’s practice focuses on public securities offerings, SEC registration, reporting and compliance, and general corporate governance and securities matters for public companies. In addition to her primary practice, Ms. Carrier Tal serves as Co-Chair of the firm’s D.C. Women Lawyers Group.
Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Carrier Tal worked as a management analyst at the Army Corps of Engineers. She has experience in project management and teamwork development and training.
Ms. Carrier Tal earned her JD from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she was a Raven, a Tri-Sector Leader fellow, President of Virginia Law Women, and founder of the Virginia Law chapter of the Brandeis Center for Human Rights. Additionally, she served on the Editorial Board for the Virginia Journal of Social Policy and the Law. She received a BA from the College of William and Mary, where she graduated summa cum laude.
