Corynn Elizabeth Wilson

Corynn Wilson is an associate in the Houston office of Latham & Watkins.

Ms. Wilson represents a variety of clients, including public and private companies and private equity funds, in a range of strategic corporate transactions.

Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Wilson was an intern for Judge Vanessa D. Gilmore, US District Judge for the Southern District of Texas, and interned at Disability Rights Texas.

While in law school, she was a senior articles editor for the Houston Law Review, a research assistant for Professor Emily Berman, and a member of the Order of the Barons.
