  • Raven Capital Management LLC on its acquisition of David Ian Productions, the world leading musical theater producer
  • Silver Lake in respect of its US$500m minority investment in City Football Group, the owner of soccer clubs including Manchester City FC
  • Amulet Capital on its acquisition of Open Health LLP, a multidisciplinary health communications and market access group

  • A leading technology company on cross-border data sharing in relation to its app
  • A Hong Kong-based international gaming company on its global privacy compliance, including with respect to the GDPR
  • A leading social media company in China on a complex GDPR compliance project relating to its data sharing arrangements
  • A leading global consultancy firm on its privacy impact assessment process to minimize privacy and security risks and achieve compliance with global privacy laws for new systems and tools
