Christopher Martinez is a Corporate associate in the Orange County office of Latham & Watkins. He advises public company clients, primarily in the technology, life sciences, and real estate industries, on a variety of financial and strategic transactions.

Mr. Martinez’ experience includes mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, investments, and equity offerings, as well as regularly advising public company clients with regard to corporate governance and securities laws.

  • Public homebuilding company in its US$2.5 billion acquisition by another public homebuilding company

  • Public technology company in its US$1.7 billion acquisition of another public technology company, and subsequent US$750 million disposition
