Xiaohan (Billy) Wu

Billy Wu is an associate in the Bay Area offices of Latham & Watkins.

Mr. Wu represents life sciences companies and their investors on matters including:

• Strategic licensing and collaborations
• Mergers and acquisitions
• Public and private financings
• Manufacturing, services, distribution, and other commercial agreements

Mr. Wu maintains an active pro bono practice, representing asylum applicants, entrepreneurs, and low-income tenants.

While in law school, Mr. Wu served on the executive boards of the Berkeley Healthcare & Biotech Law Society and the Legal Automation Workshop.
