Beth Beaury supports the firm’s Capital Markets Practice.

She leverages experience on a variety of capital markets transactions to help navigate:

• High yield and investment grade debt offerings
• Initial public offerings (IPOs)
• Follow-on equity offerings
• Liability management

Prior to joining the firm’s Knowledge Management team, Ms. Beaury was an associate in Latham’s New York office.

Ms. Beaury served as an associate editor on the University of Texas School of Law’s Texas Law Review.
