Allen Gardner, a partner in the Washington, D.C. office and former Co-Chair of the Washington, D.C. Litigation & Trial Department, focuses his practice on complex litigation.
Mr. Gardner has represented diverse clients in a variety of litigation matters at both the trial and appellate level. He has practiced extensively in healthcare, product liability, and commercial and corporate disputes. Mr. Gardner has served successfully as lead trial counsel for clients in numerous state and federal courts throughout the country where he has handled all aspects of trial work. Mr. Gardner has defeated plaintiffs at trial who were seeking billions of dollars in damages. He has also successfully defended his trial court wins on appeal.
