Adam Zuckerman is a corporate associate in the Bay Area offices of Latham & Watkins.

Mr. Zuckerman represents public and private companies across their entire lifecycle from startup formation through growth and exit.

He represents clients on a variety of transactions within all industries. In particular, he advises emerging companies and venture capital firms within the blockchain and cryptocurrency sector on matters involving financings, token rights and distributions, decentralized governance, and state and federal securities laws.

As part of his pro bono practice, Mr. Zuckerman has represented clients in asylum and DACA applications. He has also counseled clients in eviction settlement hearings in San Mateo.

Mr. Zuckerman has published several papers on digital asset insurance, a new industry that seeks to provide insurance coverage for crypto assets and smart contracts.
