Lilly T. Fang

 
 

Lilly Fang is an associate in the Tax Department of Latham & Watkins’ Boston office. Ms. Fang’s practice focuses on executive compensation and employee benefits matters.

Ms. Fang has experience establishing compensation arrangements, including employment, severance and change in control, equity and other incentive compensation arrangements, and advising clients with respect to employee benefit and compensation aspects of initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.

Ms. Fang received her JD from Stanford Law School, where she was an editor of the Stanford Law Review. Ms. Fang also holds an MS in Environment & Resources from Stanford University. She received her undergraduate degree from Princeton University with a BSE in Mechanical Engineering.

Prior to attending law school, Ms. Fang was an economic consultant in New York.
