The New York start-up company, Clay, which automatically builds a personal rolodex based on your email, social media, and other digital contacts, has announced that it has raised a US$8 million seed round.
Latham & Watkins LLP represents Clay in its seed funding round with a emerging companies team led by New York partner Peyton Worley, with New York associates Andrew Modell and Dian Yu.
