Latham & Watkins Advises Aymium in its Strategic Financing

A multidisciplinary team advises the company on its Series B financing.

Aymium, the leading producer of renewable biocarbon products, announced that it has secured Series B funding to support capacity expansion and increased deployment of its environmental technologies bringing total investment in the company to over US$200 million.

Latham & Watkins LLP represents Aymium in the financing with a corporate deal team led by Bay Area partner Eric Schwartzman, New York partner Michael Benjamin, and Bay Area partner Navneeta Rekhi, with Bay Area associate Tyler Warner.
