Latham & Watkins Advises Postmates in the Completed Acquisition by Uber

Uber Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: UBER) has announced that it has completed the acquisition of Postmates Inc. in an all-stock transaction, and that the two companies have begun the process of integrating U.S. operations.
