Latham & Watkins is advising the bookrunners on the placing of new Ordinary Shares by THG, the proprietary technology platform specialising in taking brands direct to consumers globally. The transaction includes a concurrent subscription for new Ordinary Shares by SBM, a subsidiary of the SoftBank Group Corp.

Following strong demand in the bookbuild, the Placing was upsized, increasing the gross proceeds from US$270 million to approximately US$320 million.

The Latham team was led by London corporate partners Chris Horton and Jennifer Engelhardt, with associates Haya Aftab and Kelsey Glover.
