Latham & Watkins Advises Actifio in Acquisition by Google

Google has announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Actifio. 

Latham & Watkins LLP represents Actifio in the transaction with a corporate deal team led by Boston partners Stephen Ranere and John Chory, with Boston associates Edward Boehme, Stephen Levy, and Belinda King.
