Human Rights Campaign applauds Latham’s policies and practices.

Latham & Watkins was thrilled to receive a top score of 100 percent in the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2018 Corporate Equality Index (CEI), “a national benchmarking survey and report on corporate policies and practices related to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ) workplace equality.”

The criteria of the CEI has “serve[d] as a road map for major U.S. businesses’ adoption of inclusive policies, practices, and benefits for LGBTQ employees,” and it serves to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace culture. The firm is very proud to have earned the distinction of being named to the prestigious “Best Place to Work for LGBTQ Equality” list for the past several years.
