Latham & Watkins advises Derichebourg in its inaugural €300 million green notes offering
Derichebourg, a leading global provider of environmental services to businesses and local and municipal authorities, completed an offering of €300 million in aggregate principal amount of 2.250% Senior Notes due 2028 on June 24, 2021. The completion of the offering marks the group’s inaugural issuance of green bonds through its new green bond framework. Derichebourg intends to use the proceeds of the offering, together with cash on hand, to finance the acquisition of 100% of the capital of Groupe Ecore Holding by its subsidiary Derichebourg Environnement, to repay certain of Ecore’s indebtedness and to pay fees and expenses related thereto.
Latham & Watkins advised Derichebourg in connection with the offering, with a Paris-based capital markets team led by Thomas Margenet-Baudry, partner, with Michael Ettannani, counsel.
