Latham & Watkins advises the founders and TA Associates in the investment of Antin Infrastructure Partners in Babilou

Investment of Antin Infrastructure Partners in Babilou by the founders and TA Associates.

Babilou Family, a leading private network of daycare facilities in Europe and a major player in the Early Years Education, has entered into exclusive discussions to welcome Antin Infrastructure Partners as a new reference shareholder.

Alongside the group's current shareholders, first and foremost the Carle family, founders of the company, as well as TA Associates and Raise, this new business partner will join Babilou Family in its development and innovation strategy in the service of children's education and well-being.

Antin Infrastructure Partners' equity investment will enable the group to enter a new step in its development, in particular to strengthen its service offering in France and to pursue its international growth. 

Latham advises the founders of Babilou Family in this transaction with a team in Paris led by partner Pierre-Louis Cléro, including partner Alexander Benedetti, with Simon Lange, Julia Lefevre, Allison Kramer and Lucile Bernet on corporate aspects.
