White Collar Defense Scholars Program

The White Collar Defense Scholars Program gives enterprising US law students a chance to work at one of the world’s leading White Collar Defense & Investigations Practices. Our White Collar Defense lawyers include regulatory practitioners, career defense advocates, and former high-ranking members of the government, among them two former Assistant Attorneys General in charge of the Criminal Division of the US Department of Justice (DOJ), a former Special Counsel to the President, a former Deputy White House Counsel, more than 20 former Assistant US Attorneys, and two directors of DOJ’s Enron Task Force.

As a White Collar Defense Scholar, you will get an insider view into how legal teams plan strategy, prepare arguments, and communicate with and counsel clients during investigations and trials. You’ll receive practical, hands-on training, and be a part of a highly talented, cross-border team, which is experienced in every substantive area, from securities regulation to healthcare fraud to export controls to data privacy and security.

White Collar Defense Scholar applications will be accepted in our Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles/Century City, New York, San Diego, San Francisco, and Washington, D.C. offices. Sign up to be notified when 2024 applications open.
