Steve Herlin

Steve Herlin is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins.

Mr. Herlin represents strategic buyers and sellers and private equity firms (together with their portfolio companies) on complex and cross-border M&A transactions across industries, including technology, security and infrastructure, biotech and pharmaceuticals, and consumer and entertainment.

Mr. Herlin maintains an active pro bono practice and has represented small businesses and individuals seeking relief from wrongful imprisonment.

Prior to joining Latham, Mr. Herlin was an associate at a leading international law firm.
